About GJF CV Axle Design:
GJF axles are engineered with OEM-standard designs, offering two product types
Friction Welded Hollow Axle
Maintains strength while achieving lighter weight compared to traditional solid axles.
Superior vibration resistance for smoother power transmission.
Sliding Intermediate Shaft Design
Enables axial length compensation in driveline assemblies, adapting to dynamic vehicle conditions.
Features center-fixed universal joints at both ends, optimized for large articulation angles, enhancing maneuverability and durability.
How to Diagnose a Failing Axle Shaft:
1、ABS/Traction Control Warning Lights
Worn splines disrupt wheel speed sensor data.
OBD-II code check: C0200-C0245 series often relate to axle faults.
2、Visible Physical Damage
Bent shafts (from impacts) or pitted joints require immediate replacement.
DIY check: Jack up vehicle, rotate wheel while inspecting for play.
Pro Tip:
Replace axle shafts in pairs! Mismatched wear patterns accelerate differential damage.
